Currently I have two 7960 phones working well and they are running 7.4 version of Cisco's SIP firmware. I see that there 7.5 version is available for use. Can someone, please, tell how to upgrade the firmaware without running into problems ? I am also using AAH 1.1.

That is the easiest update. Just make sure OS79XX.TXT contains P003-07-5-00 (NOT P00S) BUT your MAC file contains P0S3-07-5-00 (That is P0S!!!)
SIPDefault has this as its image file P0S3-07-5-00 (again that is P0S!!!)
and of course the other files are there..
P0S3-07-5-00.bin
P0S3-07-5-00.loads
P0S3-07-5-00.sb2
P003-07-5-00.bin
P003-07-5-00.sbn
