The rfc2xml utility takes an RFC or Internet-Draft in text format and generates the xml format, reversing the xml2rfc (xml.resource.org) process. troff2xml and rfc2html have also been included.

spheakXml is a not verifying, free platform independent(more or less) xml parser library written in ANSI C. spheakXml holds the complete data of the given xmlfile in memory and allows a very simple api to access the elements and attributes.

XDBM version 2 will be an XQuery implementation that uses EXIP to handle binary XML in the EXI format adopted by the W3C. It will, like EXIP, aim to be as small as possible so that it runs well on resource constrained devices. It is still in the project design stage.
