Program based on created BPMN 2.0 Cloud extension. It reads a model *.bpmn, which was created using jBPM BPMN 2.0 modeling tool. Then user is able to define a sensitivity of data elements. After that an Ontology is created and filled in with model elements. Special logical rules process the data. User is able to additionally define the security level. The resulting model is created and can be opened in the jBPM. -

Primarily this library was developed for producing a set of super-pixels from an image (i.e. an over-segmentation). The segmentation is produced by running multiple instances of Dijkstra's Algorithm from a set of seed points; those nodes which belong to a given Dijkstra cloud form a segment (so the number of segments is fixed and determined at the beginning of the algorithm). The goal is to add code that moves from the over-segmentation to a more useful segmentation. The library includes code specifically for the purpose of image segmentation but there are several components useful for general graph segmentation. -

UPPAAL PARMOS (UP) is a parameter sweep application built specifically for UPPAAL, with the ability to distribute parameter sweeps across multiple computing resources, such as large clusters or cloud computing resources. UP also provides the ability to direct the parameter sweep using multi-objective heuristic search algorithms to reach optimal or near optimal parameters faster. UP is expandable through the use of plug-ins, with regards to both types of computing resources and search algorithms, and the ability to change storage type is partly implemented.
