The graphic interface of Real-ESRGAN, a practical and beautiful image magnification tool, refers to the design of waifu2x-caffe. This program is a graphical interface of Real-ESRGAN's command line program Real-ESRGAN-ncnn-vulkan , written in Python and tkinter, and supports Windows, Ubuntu and macOS platforms. According to actual measurements, arm64the single-architecture performance is better than universal2the dual- architecture Mac on the Apple chip, so Apple chip users are advised to pack arm64single-architecture applications by themselves. Real-ESRGAN can only enlarge the input image with a fixed 2-4x magnification (related to the selected model). This functionality is achieved by downsampling using a conventional scaling algorithm after multiple calls to Real-ESRGAN. Split each frame of the GIF and record the duration, zoom in one by one and then merge. Drag an image file or directory to any position in the window, and its path can be automatically set as the input. -

The main purpose of this program is to provide functionality for extract hardcoded subtitles (hardsub) from video. It provides two main features: 1) Autodetection of frames with hardcoded text (hardsub) on video with saving info about timing positions. 2) Generation of cleared from background text images, which allows with usage of OCR programs (like FineReader, Subtitle Edit, Google Drive) to generate complete subtitles with original text and timing. Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. Clone the repo using Git, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 / 2017, open LocaleEmulator.sln, perform build action, clone and build the core libraries, and copy LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll from Locale-Emulator-Core to Locale-Emulator build folder. -

The development workflow you are used to while creating web applications remains the same, there is no new framework / API to learn. The process of turning an existing website into a desktop application is basically a matter of copying it to the directory. In a certain sense phpdesktop acts as a PHP to EXE compiler. It embeds a web browser, a multi-threaded web server and a PHP interpreter. All embedded into a single application, a portable folder that you can easily distribute to end-users by packing it to zip archive or by making an installer for your application. The web server embedded is a custom edition of Mongoose. -

Argos Translate uses OpenNMT for translations and can be used as either a Python library, command-line, or GUI application. Argos Translate supports installing language model packages which are zip archives with a ".argosmodel" extension containing the data needed for translation. LibreTranslate is an API and web-app built on top of Argos Translate. Argos Translate also manages automatically pivoting through intermediate languages to translate between languages that don't have a direct translation between them installed. For example, if you have a es → en and en → fr translation installed you are able to translate from es → fr as if you had that translation installed. This allows for translating between a wide variety of languages at the cost of some loss of translation quality. -
