This project is closely related to gretl (https://gretl.sourceforge.net) and aims to provide a C/C++ stack for linking code against libgretl on MS Windows natively (i.e., using the MS SDK). NetIO-GUI is a Windows frontend for the multiplatform commandline utility 'netio'. It measures ICMP respond times and network transfer rates for different packet sizes and protocols.
