    SurveyJS

    SurveyJS

    JavaScript Survey and Form Library

SurveyJS Form Library is distributed as npm packages and as scripts and style sheets that you can reference on your page. You can use it in any React, Angular, Vue, Knockout, or jQuery application. React, Angular, Knockout, and Vue3 are supported natively. To communicate with the server, the libraries use JSON objects that represent form schemas (content and layout of a form) and form results (answers). You have the option to build dynamic JSON-driven forms using our free full-featured form builder demo available on the website. Alternatively, you can integrate the form builder library and create forms using a drag-and-drop UI directly within your own application. With years of development and support behind us, we've assisted hundreds of companies across various industries. With Survey, you can create nearly anything that popular cloud services offer. Furthermore, our library is fully extensible, allowing you to modify its behavior to suit your specific needs.

    nginx ui

    nginx ui

Nginx UI allows you to access and modify the nginx configurations

We use nginx in our company lab environment. It often happens that my colleagues have developed an application that is now deployed in our Stage or Prod environment. To make this application accessible nginx has to be adapted. Most of the time my colleagues don't have permission to access the server and change the configuration files and since I don't feel like doing this for everyone anymore I thought a UI could help us all. If you feel the same way I wish you a lot of fun with the application and I am looking forward to your feedback, change requests or even a star. Containerization is now state of the art and therefore the application is delivered in a container. With the menu item Main Config the Nginx specific configuration files can be extracted and updated. These are dynamically read from the Nginx directory. If a file has been added manually, it is immediately integrated into the Nginx UI Main Config menu item.

    Simple.css

    Simple.css

Simple.css is a classless CSS template to make a good website

A classless CSS framework that makes semantic HTML look good. By classless I mean that there are no CSS classes anywhere in the CSS or the HTML. So your website can look just like this using plain old vanilla HTML. When starting a new project, I wanted a CSS framework that would get me up and running quickly, and give me something I could hack on. I got sick of all these giant frameworks that include everything but the kitchen sink, 90% of which I’ll never use. For example, the minified CSS for the Bootstrap framework is 144KB in total. By comparison, Simple.css is around 4KB. Obviously Simple.css and Bootstrap don’t compare in terms of their functionality, but Simple.css allows website developers to spin something up very quickly that looks good and needs very little work. By using something like Simple.css, provides the basics to get up and running quickly (or just use it as-is for a simple, good-looking site) yet not have to learn an extremely convoluted framework.

    personal-website

    personal-website

Kickstart a personal website that showcases your work

The personal-website repository is an official starter template provided by GitHub to help developers and creators launch their personal websites quickly and easily. It contains a preconfigured static website built with Jekyll and structured folders (like _data, _layouts, _posts, and assets) so you can showcase your portfolio, blog posts, and profile without having to set up everything from scratch; when hosted on GitHub Pages it can automatically render and publish your site. The content structure is designed to pull in your GitHub profile information, featured repositories, and other metadata to highlight your work as a software developer or technologist, and you can customize pages to reflect your unique voice and career goals. Because it uses GitHub Pages—a free static web hosting feature of GitHub—you can maintain and update your live website simply by pushing changes to the repository, turning version control into your deployment pipeline.

    Flask-Caching

    Flask-Caching

    A caching extension for Flask

Flask-Caching is an extension to Flask that adds caching support for various backends to any Flask application. By running on top of cachelib it supports all of werkzeug’s original caching backends through a uniformed API. It is also possible to develop your own caching backend by subclassing flask_caching.backends.base.BaseCache class. Flask’s pluggable view classes are also supported. To cache them, use the same cached() decorator on the dispatch_request method. Using the same @cached decorator you are able to cache the result of other non-view related functions. The only stipulation is that you replace the key_prefix, otherwise it will use the request.path cache_key. Keys control what should be fetched from the cache. If, for example, a key does not exist in the cache, a new key-value entry will be created in the cache. Otherwise, the value (i.e. the cached result) of the key will be returned.

    Less.js

    Less.js

    Less, the dynamic stylesheet language

Less (which stands for Leaner Style Sheets) is a backwards-compatible language extension for CSS. This is the official documentation for Less, the language and Less.js, the JavaScript tool that converts your Less styles to CSS styles. Because Less looks just like CSS, learning it is a breeze. Less only makes a few convenient additions to the CSS language, which is one of the reasons it can be learned so quickly. Less gives you the ability to use nesting instead of, or in combination with cascading. Arithmetical operations can operate on any number, color or variable. If it is possible, mathematical operations take units into account and convert numbers before adding, subtracting or comparing them. The result has leftmost explicitly stated unit type. If the conversion is impossible or not meaningful, units are ignored. With Less you can transform colors, manipulate strings and do maths.

    Mechanize

    Mechanize

Mechanize is a ruby library that makes automated web interaction easy

The Mechanize library is used for automating interaction with websites. Mechanize automatically stores and sends cookies, follows redirects, and can follow links and submit forms. Form fields can be populated and submitted. Mechanize also keeps track of the sites that you have visited as a history. This library was heavily influenced by its namesake in the Perl world. Mechanize#transact runs the given block and then resets the page history. I.e. after the block has been executed, you're back at the original page; no need to count how many times to call the back method at the end of a loop (while accounting for possible exceptions).

    css-loader

    css-loader

    CSS Loader

The CSS-loader interprets @import and URL() like import/require() and will resolve them. Add the plugin to your webpack config. Run webpack via your preferred method. Allows to enable/disable handling the CSS functions URL and image-set. If set to false, CSS-loader will not parse any paths specified in URL or image-set. A function can also be passed to control this behavior dynamically based on the path to the asset. Starting with version 4.0.0, absolute paths are parsed based on the server root. Using local value requires you to specify :global classes. Using global value requires you to specify :local classes. Using pure value requires selectors must contain at least one local class or id. Styles can be locally scoped to avoid globally scoping styles. The syntax :local(.className) can be used to declare className in the local scope. The local identifiers are exported by the module.

    Ediacaran Application

    Ediacaran Application

    Applications with modular architecture

The Ediacaran application is designed using a modular architecture approach, meaning it is built as a collection of smaller, self-contained components (modules). Each module represents a distinct domain of the system and can evolve independently without disrupting the whole application. The modular structure of the Ediacaran application allows fine-grained control over how each module accesses data, external connections, and execution resources. For example, the storage module can enforce strict access rules so that only authorized modules (like processing) can read or write data, while external-facing modules (like ingestion or visualization) have limited permissions. This reduces the attack surface, helps prevent unauthorized access, and enables better enforcement of security policies such as authentication, authorization, and data isolation.
