...A NXC-program can be executed either on the real robot or the nxcSimulator, which is integrated in the nxcEditor (the official compiler is invoked from the nxcEditor). A C-program for the BrickPi robot can be programmed either locally on the Raspberry Pi or over a network (using the compiler on the Raspberry Pi). The nxcEditor (as well as the nxcSimulator) is designed so that programming beginners can be taught.
