    OpenXR SDK Sources Project

Sources for OpenXR loader, basic API layers, and example code

This repository contains source code and build scripts for implementations of the OpenXR loader, validation layers, and code samples. OpenXR is a royalty-free, open standard that provides high-performance access to Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), collectively known as XR platforms and devices. We succesfully tested the software under Windows, Linux and Mac OSX. The software currently doesn't work on OpenCL CPU devices. It might run on a laptop GPU but performance will not likely be very good. Note that often an OpenCL drivers fails to compile a kernel. Some unit tests exist to track down the issue, but more work is required to cover all OpenCL kernels.
