The command line interface is of little relevance nowadays (please don't troll) but since I love to code in C and making a GUI in that language is such a pain, I have found usefull to make a module to create command line menu. It is very simple, a few functions to create your menus and put them in a hierachy and a software loop. -

The GUI can be created either by C++ code, or by using the integrated "add-on" system, where the GUI is parsed from XML and Lua files. We started to developing a tablet user interface based on gnome-shell
We started the project for school. Now the school project has finished and we plan to bring the project further. As said, it's based on gnome-shell. We took the source code of the gnome-shell and started to adapt it on touchscreen devices. Up to now we stayed fully compatible with the gnome-shell extension system. I provide here the full source code and a Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Solution File. The code includes the C++ Library and a demo driver application that constructs a computer program using OpenBlocks and displays it using OpenGL. -
