Latest versions now require Java 17, however since a lot of folks have been having trouble setting this up, I am now providing 2 versions, one with a JRE included in the download, and one without. Beyond this, it should just be as simple as unzipping the file and running server.bat to get the server running locally, and client.bat to start up the client... -

... of the original LOL gameplay (and re-uses most of the original LOL graphics too!), but has been tested on the modern Windows and Linux platforms. Many planned LOL2 features (such as campaigns) are not yet implemented; I'll keep adding these features, time permitting. P.S. I was just playing a "game" called "JDK8" (to learn about e.g. Java sound, Java full-screen abilities, etc.). The LOL2 is MY "savegame". That the "save" of my game is in itself a game is fun. -
