Isometric Turn-Based Strategy
A turn-based strategy game in the spirit of Tactics Ogre
The end-goal is a deep, complex tactical turn-based RPG. The main inspirations are the Final Fantasy Tactics series and Tactics Ogre, with plenty of room for innovation. Currently, we are implementing weapons, items, and spells into the battle framework, and soon to come will be the core RPG mechanics, AI, and self-contained missions. The game is being coded in C++ using SDL. -

Protowars is a multiplayer turn based strategy game. The key difference is that the user will design its own units using pre-made parts available to all players. Users will be able to design their own maps and vote for new parts for all.

This project aims to improve the Civilization 4 AI using a genetic algorithm. We also have some alternative AI algorithms which have been custom written that will hopefully also improve the AI.
