    Workaround for file associating problem in Windows Vista / 7

    Workaround for the problem that exist with associating file types with programs located in other folders than the standard program folders in Windows Vista or Windows 7. It is specifically designed to make it possible to associate various file types with GNU Emacs (that is supposed to be located on a path that doesn't contain any space, and hence can't be located in the Program files folder), but the code can easily be modified and recompiled to make it possible to associate any file type with any program.
