When the script is running, all the user needs to do is this: * Plug in the portable device * Wait for about a second * Unplug the portable device * Repeat The script is immediately ready to accept the next drive for renaming. No need to manually eject the drive. The script requires that all devices initially have the same name, though it can be fairly easily extended.
