Automatically set GOMAXPROCS to match Linux container CPU quota. All APIs are finalized, and no breaking changes will be made in the 1.x series of releases. Users of semver-aware dependency management systems should pin automaxprocs to ^1. When GOMAXPROCS is increased above the CPU quota, we see P50 decrease slightly but see significant increases to P99. We also see that the total RPS handled also decreases. Data was measured from Uber's internal load balancer. We ran the load balancer with 200% CPU quota (i.e., 2 cores). -

This sketch makes the Arduino work as a GPIO interface for a computer, where input and output changes are transmitted in run-length encoding. Every time an input pin changes, the Arduino sends the new values of the input pins and the time since the last change. In a similar way, the Arduino can be programmed a sequence of output pin changes, each specified by the new values of the output pins and the time since the previous change. Three application programs are included: the first makes two digital pins act as a TTL-levels UART; the seconds turns the value of the input pins into an image; the third reads codes from infrared remotes with a photodiode and a resistor connected to one of the input pins. -

If there is some problem in the command then 0xFF is displayed which means data not decoded properly and there is some problem. TSOP1738 is connected to RB0 pin and my board has 8-LED's connected to PORTB of micro-controller, so i can't use LED connected to RB0 pin and can use LED's connected to RB1 to RB7 pin.
