    DeSmuME

    DeSmuME

DeSmuME is a Nintendo DS emulator

In this version we have added support for high-resolution 3D rendering. Try the new “GPU Scaling Factor” feature to increase the 3D resolution beyond the native resolution of 256×192 pixels. Also, the Cocoa frontend sees continued radical enhancements and while the Windows frontend sees some new incremental enhancements. DeSmuME is a very CPU demanding app. While many users will see DeSmuME as a toy (and use it as such), it is actually a very sophisticated piece of software with lots of features. Also, DeSmuME focuses more on compatibility and features than on speed. ...

    Gphoton: simple 3d ray tracer

Gphoton in a simple 3d modeler and ray tracer.

...My dad's drafting book taught that and 3pt persp. In art I was awed by Durer and the mirror in Van Eyke's Wedding. In the 70s-80s I was trying to do 3D on early computers - big BW pixels! By late 80s I saw ray tracing and had to write my own. I wrote the 1st ver while taking vector calculus and CAD programming classes c. '92. I was intrigued not only by the beauty of the math but also ray tracing curved metals. This is actually the 2nd ver, ported from MFC to gnome (with enhancements like optional GL) c. AnyPixel.js’ straightforward hardware/software framework makes it easy to build any display where each pixel is an interactive element. We've included 12 example apps written by Googlers and friends for the 8th Avenue lobby display in NYC. To check them out, install the previewer and run one of the examples. Building your own app is easy with the Anypixel framework. ...

    Simple Pixel Fixer

Free adjustable stuck pixel fixer with easy config and minimal UI

...You can even size it down to a single pixel (if you have the patience to interact with it). While running it flashes through RGB to hopefully loosen those dastardly stuck pixels. Open an instance and size it to your trouble-spot. Set it and let it run for a couple hours while you continue to work around it. If you have multiple trouble-spots with considerable space between them simply open another instance of the exe and let it run as well. All instances will run independently and stay on top constantly so your computer can continue to function while the program does it's thing.
