A powershell script to monitor a folder for new/changed PDF files and then encrypt them.

FileFiler is an application that minimize users interactions with docs and files , its uses aggregates files and clusters them into folders according file ext's , and also is able to run in the back-round and file files and docs with little to no user interactions in real time, can cluster 100GB of data(~10 000 files) in an ~ few minutes. FileFiler can also clear cache and monitor cache changes to clear it when it is at a certain point , this functionality cover most major browsers. Users can also encrypt and decrypt folder with ease. FileFiler can batch rename multiple file and also users can define the type of naming convention they would like in the batch process. Interestingly FileFiler has some original features in it.
