Calculates the percentage of one minute max. reps to use in less than one minute periods of time. Needs .NET 3.5 to be pre-installed on your system. It takes the one-minute total max. reps (supposed to be done at max. VO2) and calculates the corresponding timing to beep on. So, if for example you do 30 reps in one minute, that means 1 rep every 2 secs. The software calculates that and gives you the "beep" every 2 secs. It is useful for frequencies like 2,5, 1,7 secs, etc. You will have the rythm wihtout bothering to guess it. A good application is the lactate tolerance improvement of aerobic exercises like rowing, biking, running, kettlebell snatching, etc.

It involves two players using hand gestures to represent runs, taking turns to bat and bowl, and the game ends when the second player loses all their wickets or scores more run than the other player. The main objective is to score more runs than opponent, just like real cricket. Guessing Cricket is a modern twist on the traditional Finger Cricket game that adds an exciting new element to the game-play. In Guessing Cricket, the bowler chooses a number between 1 and 6 except 5, and the batsman must guess the run correctly before making their move. If the batsman's guess matches with that of the bowler's, the bowler gets a wicket. Otherwise, batsman's guess is added to the total runs. Guessing Cricket allows players to choose to play against the computer or another human player, with the added feature of selecting the difficulty level when playing against the computer.
