It also logs all these data (plus location information) in a CSV file that can easily be imported in libreoffice for example, for offline analysis. Calculates the percentage of one minute max. reps to use in less than one minute periods of time. Needs .NET 3.5 to be pre-installed on your system. It takes the one-minute total max. reps (supposed to be done at max. VO2) and calculates the corresponding timing to beep on. So, if for example you do 30 reps in one minute, that means 1 rep every 2 secs. The software calculates that and gives you the "beep" every 2 secs. Canadian Wilderness Canoe simulation. Paddle out and about in a very real looking lake in the Canadian North, probably somewhere near Lake Kukagami. It took me one day to make this simulation. The moose, turtle, loon, vegetation, and trees were all made in Wings3d. It's a nice indoor adventure for canoe enthusiasts.
