FluidPatcher is a performance-oriented interface for FluidSynth built using wxpython to create a simple GUI that allows live editing, selecting, and playing of patches. A patch is a collection of settings such as soundfont presets for each MIDI channel, control-change/sysex messages to send when the patch is selected, and midi router or effects settings. Groups of patches are stored in banks, which are saved as human-readable and -editable YAML files. This allows a musician to easily create complex combinations of synthesizer settings ahead of time and switch between them on the fly during a performance.

If you want to easily find and remove audio duplicate from a music collection IL Music Library Deduplicator is for you. It can distinguish between similar songs offering you a list with best matches highlighted in green. Audio files with lower similarity are listed as well in case there are duplicates with lower bitrate. These are highlighted in yellow and red. You can select them by color if you wish to delete them or you can add them to a list with excluded files in case you wish to keep duplicates or not to be scanned next time. First scan may take a while depending on your PC and number of audio files, but on subsequent scans only newly added files will be scanned. IL Music Library Deduplicator is portable and doesn't require instalation and also is free. It is written in Python and is using Chromaprint fpcalc for audio fingerprinting. It can find duplicates even if audio files have no metadata or have a different filename.
