Before reading on, note there's scam website under the peace equalizer name. Only this site here on SourceForge is the actual website by me, Peter Verbeek. Peace equalizer is a Windows PC interface for Equalizer APO http://sourceforge.net/projects/equalizerapo. Besides an system-wide audio equalizer on your Windows PC, Peace has an effects panel for balance, crossfeeding, delay, etc., a graph window and much more. In short: Peace is an equalizer and audio mixer for all your PC software on any Windows version from Vista to 11. Your configuration (e.g. EQ, preset, profile) can be saved and activated again by 1 click, hotkey, tray or desktop shotcut. Install by running downloaded PeaceSetup.exe. Equalizer APO has to be installed first. After a Windows update a re-install of Equalizer APO might be needed. Also, all Peace apps have a code signing certificate by Certum, Asseco. Snapcast
Synchronous multiroom audio player
Snapcast is a multiroom client-server audio player, where all clients are time synchronized with the server to play perfectly synced audio. It's not a standalone player, but an extension that turns your existing audio player into a Sonos-like multiroom solution. Audio is captured by the server and routed to the connected clients. Several players can feed audio to the server in parallel and clients can be grouped to play the same audio stream. One of the most generic ways to use Snapcast is in conjunction with the music player daemon (MPD) or Mopidy. The encoded chunks are sent via a TCP connection to the Snapclients. Each client does continuous time synchronization with the server, so that the client is always aware of the local server time. Every received chunk is first decoded and added to the client's chunk-buffer. Knowing the server's time, the chunk is played out using a system dependend low level audio API (e.g. ALSA) at the appropriate time. -

The first software requirement is Python 2.6, 2.7, or Python 3.3+. This is required to use the library. PyAudio is required if and only if you want to use microphone input (Microphone). PyAudio version 0.2.11+ is required, as earlier versions have known memory management bugs when recording from microphones in certain situations. To hack on this library, first make sure you have all the requirements listed in the "Requirements" section. -

ExoPlayer is an application level media player for Android. It provides an alternative to Android’s MediaPlayer API for playing audio and video both locally and over the Internet. ExoPlayer supports features not currently supported by Android’s MediaPlayer API, including DASH and SmoothStreaming adaptive playbacks. Unlike the MediaPlayer API, ExoPlayer is easy to customize and extend, and can be updated through Play Store application updates. ExoPlayer modules can be obtained from JCenter. It's also possible to clone the repository and depend on the modules locally. The easiest way to get started using ExoPlayer is to add it as a gradle dependency. You need to make sure you have the Google and JCenter repositories included in the build.gradle file in the root of your project. n addition to library modules, ExoPlayer has multiple extension modules that depend on external libraries to provide additional functionality. CAVA is a bar spectrum audio viewer based on my own open source project with the same name. Take the audio from the device's microphone and visualize the amplitude of the different frequencies as bars on the screen. Each bar represents a certain bandwidth of low to high frequencies. The leftmost bar starts at 50 Hz and the rightmost bar ends at 10 kHz. Although the frequencies outside this spectrum are audible, they do not contribute much to the overall sound image. You can also adjust the number of bars.
