GoogleTest is Google's C++ mocking and test framework. A modern, C++-native, test framework for unit-tests, TDD and BDD - using C++14, C++17 and later (C++11 support is in v2.x branch, and C++03 on the Catch1.x branch). Catch2 is mainly a unit testing framework for C++, but it also provides basic micro-benchmarking features and simple BDD macros. Catch2's main advantage is that using it is both simple and natural. cocoyaxi (co for short), is an elegant and efficient cross-platform C++ base library. It contains a series of high-quality base components, such as a go-style coroutine, coroutine-based network programming framework, command line, and config file parser, high-performance log library, unit testing framework, JSON library, etc. co has implemented a go-style coroutine, which has the following features. Multi-thread scheduling, the default number of threads is the number of system CPU cores. Shared stack, coroutines in the same thread share several stacks (the default size is 1MB), and the memory usage is low. Simple test on Linux shows that 10 millions of coroutines only take 2.8G of memory (for reference only). There is a flat relationship between coroutines, and new coroutines can be created from anywhere (including in coroutines). Support system API hook (Windows/Linux/Mac), you can directly use third-party network library in coroutine.

Python bindings for the Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF). CEF Python is an open source project founded by Czarek Tomczak in 2012 to provide Python bindings for the Chromium Embedded Framework (CEF). The Chromium project focuses mainly on Google Chrome application development while CEF focuses on facilitating embedded browser use cases in third-party applications. Lots of applications use CEF control, there are more than 100 million CEF instances installed around the world. There are numerous use cases for CEF. Use it as a modern HTML5 based rendering engine that can act as a replacement for classic desktop GUI frameworks. Think of it as Electron for Python. Embed a web browser widget in a classic Qt / GTK / wxPython desktop application. Use it for automated testing of web applications with more advanced capabilities than Selenium web browser automation due to CEF low level programming APIs.

Lepton image compression, saving 22% losslessly from images at 15MB/s. Lepton achieves a 22% savings reduction for existing JPEG images, by predicting coefficients in JPEG blocks and feeding those predictions as context into an arithmetic coder. Lepton preserves the original file bit-for-bit perfectly. It compresses JPEG files at a rate of 5 megabytes per second and decodes them back to the original bits at 15 megabytes per second, securely, deterministically, and in under 24 megabytes of memory. We have used Lepton to encode 16 billion images saved to Dropbox, and are rapidly recoding our older images. Lepton has already saved Dropbox multiple petabytes of space. At Dropbox, the security and durability of your data are our highest priorities. As an added security layer, Lepton runs within seccomp to disable all system calls except read and write of already-open file descriptors. Lepton has gone through a rigorous automated testing process.

Matrix is an APM (Application Performance Manage) used in Wechat to monitor, locate and analyse performance problems. It is a plugin style, non-invasive solution and is currently available on iOS, macOS and Android. The monitoring scope of the current tool includes: crash, lag, and out-of-memory, which includes the following two plugins, WCCrashBlockMonitorPlugin, which is based on KSCrash framework and features cutting-edge lag stack capture capabilities with crash capture, and WCMemoryStatPlugin, which is a performance-optimized out-of-memory monitoring tool that captures memory allocation and the callstack of an application's out-of-memory event. Determine whether the app is stuck by checking the running status of the Runloop, and support both the iOS and macOS platform. Add time-consuming stack fetching, attaching the most time-consuming main thread stack to the thread snapshot log.

CuTest lets you write unit tests for your C code. You should use it because: (1) It has the cutest name, (2) It looks and feels like JUnit, (3) It is cross-platform, (4) It ships in a single .c and .h file for ease of deployment.
