The tool helps developers monitor JavaScript memory behavior directly inside a web page during development or debugging. It works by creating a MemoryStats instance, adding its display element to the DOM, and updating it regularly with requestAnimationFrame. For more precise results, Chrome should be launched with the precise memory information flag, because default memory values may be bucketed.
