    Caffe2

    Caffe2

Caffe2 is a lightweight, modular, and scalable deep learning framework

...In many ways Caffe2 is an un-framework because it is so flexible and modular. The original Caffe framework was useful for large-scale product use cases, especially with its unparalleled performance and well tested C++ codebase. Caffe has some design choices that are inherited from its original use case: conventional CNN applications.

    C++ Core Guidelines

    C++ Core Guidelines

The C++ Core Guidelines are a set of tried-and-true guidelines

The C++ Core Guidelines is a living set of best-practice recommendations for writing modern, safe, and maintainable C++. Authored and curated by leaders in the C++ community, it organizes guidance into rules on type and resource safety, interfaces, performance, error handling, concurrency, and library design. Each rule is rationale-driven, showing the “why” behind recommendations and linking to examples that illustrate good and bad patterns. The guidelines encourage use of modern language features—RAII, smart pointers, move semantics, ranges, and constexpr—while steering developers away from brittle idioms and unsafe constructs. ...

    High performance JVM JSON library

Fastest JVM (Java/Android/Scala/Kotlin) JSON library with advanced compile-time data binding support. Java JSON library designed for performance. Originally built for invasive software composition with DSL Platform compiler. v1 core library was targeting Java6, while v2 targets Java8. So there is no need anymore for dsl-json-java8 project and instead, just dsl-json project should be referenced. From v2 only a single annotation processor is supported, which was previously in the java8 project. ...

    gevent

    gevent

    Coroutine-based concurrency library for Python

gevent is a coroutine -based Python networking library that uses greenlet to provide a high-level synchronous API on top of the libev or libuv event loop. gevent is inspired by eventlet but features a more consistent API, simpler implementation and better performance. Read why others use gevent and check out the list of the open source projects based on gevent. Since version 1.1, gevent is maintained by Jason Madden for NextThought with help from the contributors and is licensed under the MIT license. API that re-uses concepts from the Python standard library (for examples there are events and queues). ...

    yo-yo.js

    yo-yo.js

A tiny library for building modular UI components using DOM diffing

...It’s inspired by patterns found in larger UI frameworks but stays extremely lightweight—only a few kilobytes when minified and gzipped—by leveraging existing tools like bel (for templating) and morphdom (for DOM updates). yo-yo underpins some higher-level frameworks and is ideal for developers who want direct control over components without the overhead of a full reactive framework. Its simplicity and elegant API make it a favorite for small to medium front-end projects where performance and minimalism matter.

    React Redux Starter Kit

    React Redux Starter Kit

Get started with React, Redux, and React-Router

This starter kit is designed to get you up and running with a bunch of awesome front-end technologies. The primary goal of this project is to provide a stable foundation upon which to build modern web appliications. Its purpose is not to dictate your project structure or to demonstrate a complete real-world application, but to provide a set of tools intended to make front-end development robust, easy, and, most importantly, fun. The project structure presented in this boilerplate is fractal,...

    analytics.js boilerplate

    analytics.js boilerplate

Examples and best practices for using analytics.js

analyticsjs-boilerplate is a reference implementation for using Google Analytics analytics.js on modern websites. It collects best practices for tracking page views, user interactions, errors, performance metrics, and custom events in a structured way. The project was created to help developers avoid scattered analytics snippets and instead start from a cleaner, more maintainable setup. It includes patterns for organizing analytics logic, reporting useful metrics, and making implementation decisions more deliberate. While analytics.js itself is now a legacy Google Analytics library, the repository remains useful as a historical and educational reference for analytics architecture. ...

    Memory Manager: MDX

Memory Manager: MDX = malloc() + free() + Garbage Collection

...The rest of the garbage collection process is managed automatically by MDX. The novel approach of allowing finalization to explicitly free memory offers the potential for improving garbage collection performance. This is achieved by moving some work from being done repetitively during every marking cycle, to being done once only when the memory's freed. See the project web site at the link below for more information.

    minireset.css

    minireset.css

    A tiny modern CSS reset

...It normalizes margins, box sizing, and some inline element behaviors so that components render predictably. The file is intentionally short and readable, making it easy to audit and tailor to your needs. Because the footprint is tiny, it’s friendly for performance-sensitive apps and component libraries. It’s well-suited for situations where you want consistent baseline behavior but prefer to supply your own design system styles on top.

    Starling Extension Graphics

    Starling Extension Graphics

flash.display.Graphics style extension for the Starling Flash GPU

...This extension adds graphics primitives (fills, strokes, planes etc.) that mimic flash.display.Graphics-style drawing but implemented in a GPU-friendly manner. It automatically triangulates vector shapes, letting developers use familiar drawing APIs but get performance benefits of GPU rendering via Starling. Starling is an ActionScript 3 library that mimics the conventional Flash display tree architecture. In contrast to conventional display objects, however, Starling "lives" entirely inside the Stage3D environment. That means that all objects are rendered directly by the GPU, which leads to a significant performance boost.

    aframe-react

    aframe-react

Build virtual reality experiences with A-Frame and React

...React wastes a lot of cycles and incurs a lot of memory garbage. aframe-react is often abused where it is too easy to place 3D/real-time logic at the React layer, causing poor performance (e.g., doing React renders on ticks). aframe-react applications frequently ignore the prescribed ECS framework of A-Frame. Internally, React does tons of computation to compute what changed, and flushes it to the entire application. It is apparent React ecosystem does not care much about memory as most examples allocate functions and objects in the render method, and where immutables are popular.

    Ddr-ArdMeg
This is a small foot print, high performance, type safe device driver library, initially targeting Arduino Mega 2560 and MoteinoMega. The library is stand alone and only requires Avr GCC and avrlib. The design is based on the same ideas as were used for the Ddr-Z8E device driver library (see http://ddrz8e.sourceforge.net/). Heavy usage of hardcoded invariants, constant folding/propagation and inlining ensures both tight code and high performance.
