Frost is an interpreted structured programming language based on C and Objective-C. It has dynamically typed variables, named function parameters, implicit memory allocation, and automatic garbage collection through reference counting (for arrays). As any major interpreted language, you can easily create bindings of your C library functions to Frost.
Its interpreter is written in C, and it only uses libC and POSIX system calls (Lex and Yacc are not required). You can easily compile it on Linux or OS X using the included Makefile.
JActor is a high-performance actor framework designed to make vertical scalability easy. JActor achieves its speed, in part, by almost always executing synchronously--though it is easy enough to force asynchronous processing when needed.
JActor is divided into several GitHub projects:
JActor - https://github.com/laforge49/JActor
JID - https://github.com/laforge49/JID
JFile - https://github.com/laforge49/JFile
JANetty - https://github.com/kumarshantanu/JANetty
...Currently supports closures, objects, and continuations. Uses in-place modification of singly referenced objects to support tuples, vectors, and hash maps. Eventually aims to include implicit parallelism.

Java library to work with scalar arrays as usual Collections
...Also the library gives such useful methods as contains and indexOf for objects with Iterable interface only.
Yeah. There is some stupidness because all implementations differ between each other only types and this code has 100% implicit coupling and duplications. But Java has not left other way.

Nomin is a mapping engine for the Java platform. It provides abilities to transform object trees using declarative mapping rules. Main features are no XML configuration, intuitively looking mapping, using arbitrary expressions/method invocations.
Tsunami is an open-source high performance computing language. With it you can write streaming data-parallel algorithms that utilize GPGPUs for orders-of-magnitude speed-up with the ease of writing sequential algorithms.
Raken, web service controller, is based on JSON as a data definition language. it utilizes simple protocol, optional asynchronous interaction, recovery, localization, security, caching, batch, and multi-part messaging.
A framework for transferring implicit or tacit knowledge between members of a community. It works by observing the behavior of community members, and providing them with suggestions from other community members based on their past behavior.
Transform your applications and workflows into powerful agentic systems at global scale.
Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform lets you rapidly build, scale, govern and optimize production-ready agents grounded in your organization's data. The platform enables developers to build custom or pre-built agents for virtually any use case. New customers get $300 in free credits.
XISL (XML based scripting of Implicit Surfaces) package (written in C++) assists developers in construction of arbitrary implicit models. Each implicit function class (a primitive, an operation, etc.) is deffined by its appropriate XISL tag(s).
JDarth, based on Dr Bob's HeadConv v4.20, is "capable of generating implicit and explicit Delphi import units (16/32-bit compatible) for C DLL header files." It automatically translates C header files into Pascal interface units.
Blackboard implements a lightweight, portable tuple space suitable for multi-agent system and distributed component design. Supports implicit invocation via content-filtered asynchronous events, blocking call semantics, and shared memory messaging.
A small but extensible Java based "embedded lisp"- derives from the 1960 Mc Carthy Lisp a new consequently functional, dynamically scoped dialect enriched by modern features (pattern matching, parallel processing, implicit lex. closures etc).
The "Framework for Implicit Graph Algorithms and Representations by OBDDs" (Figaro) automatically manages experiments with input generator and algorithm plugins. It already contains some generators and algorithms for graph and scheduling problems.
xots is a C++-implementation of the CORBA Object Transaction Service. The xots encompasses features such as implicit context propagation, interposition and non-interposition, stable logging, recovery and support for XA resources such as DBMSs and Qs
Highly optimized, reference counted Smart Pointers for Win32 or POSIX compliant OS (Linux, BSD, Mac OS X, etc.) - thread safe, non-intrusive, can handle circular references, implicit casting, and explicit casting (through C++ style casting operators)
SilverScript is a new, platform-independent scripting language that can be used to script events in games and other applications. It is designed to be simple and easy to learn.
Its API is written in object-oriented C++.
