...The libbuspirate allows to quickly write a short C program to test interfacing with your favorite hardware.
The library has mainly be used to interface through SPI with RF transceivers such as CC2500, MRF24J40, Ethernet controller such as ENC28J60, EEPROMs such as 24C02, 24FC1025, LCD display (PCD8544 / Nokia5110), LED display (HT1632), ... Example source code to talk with this hardware is provided.
EtherCard is a driver for the Microchip ENC28J60 chip, compatible with Arduino IDE. It is adapted and extended from code written by Guido Socher and Pascal Stang. High-level routines are provided to allow a variety of purposes including simple data transfer through to HTTP handling. Non-AVR boards are NOT currently supported (101/Zero/Due) #211
Hardware: Depending on the size of the buffer for packets, this library uses about 1k of Arduino RAM.
Jumentum-SOC is a programming environment for NXP ARM microcontrollers. It turns your LPC2000 with ENC28J60-based ethernet or LPC1768/2368/2378 into an autonomous controller that is programmable through Ethernet using a BASIC-derived language.
Ethernet stack implementation (currently based on the ENC28J60)
A callback handler based ethernet stack implementation optimized for AVR microcontrollers. For now, the only controller supported is the ENC28J60. However it is easy to integrate different controllers as the interface your driver has to provide is fairly simple.
