    Glimpse Plotting Library

    Glimpse Plotting Library

    WPF Plotting Library

Glimpse is a .NET 4.6 plotting library for WPF projects. It currently contains five classes: a scatter plot, a line graph, an histogram, a raster plot to display matrix data and a tree plot to visualize recursive XML data. Main attributes can be customized through the respective constructors, additional changes are available through public properties. To use the packaged classes just reference the library in your project, instantiate a new plot and add it to a display container of your choice.

    JAGAL: Java Graph Library

    Java graph library

JAGAL provides implementations for directed graphs (weighted and unweighted) and varoius types of transition systems as well as utils for graph traversal and modification. JAGAL builds upon the Java library TOVAL (located at http://sourceforge.net/p/toval). To use JAGAL, make sure the TOVAL library is on the build path. This library uses and encloses jGraphX (https://github.com/jgraph/jgraphx). A documentation for JAGAL can be found under http://doku.telematik.uni-freiburg.de/jagal.

    Open PHIGS

    Open PHIGS

PHIGS (Programmer's Hierarchical Interactive Graphics System)

...The reason for doing so is that today every graphics card manufacturer provides their own OpenGL implementation, which takes full advantage of the accelerated drawing capabilities in the hardware. PHIGS is a higher level API than OpenGL that works with a hierarchical scene graph. Models are built up in a Centralized Structure Store (CSS), a database containing the drawing primitives and their attributes (color, line style, etc.). CSSes cand be shared among a number of views, known under PHIGS as a workstation. PHIGS is defined by the ISO standards ISO/IEC 9592 & 9593. Open PHIGS provides a library for C.

    HRDAG

    Framework for Hierarchical Graph Decomposition

This is a framework used to decompose hierarchical graphs, i.e.,graphs which were created from or contain a hierarchy of modules. Each module is reused several times in the hierarchy. This may be useful to reverse-engineer human constructs like electronic equipment, manufactured machines, or bureaucratic hierarchies; but also to decompose natural constructs like gene-relation or protein-relation nets.

    Medusa

    Medusa

    An open source interactive disassembler

Medusa is a disassembler designed to be both modular and interactive. It runs on Windows and Linux, it should be the same on OSX. This project is organized as a library. To disassemble a file you have to use medusa_text or qMedusa. Medusa requires the following libraries: boost >= 1.55 (system, filesystem, thread, date_time), OGDF (required git), and Qt5 >= 5.2 for the GUI. You also need CMake for compilation and a C++11 compiler (VS2015 update 2 on Windows). Git is optional but allows to...

    S-BITE

S-BITE is an AS level topology generator for the Internet

...The generator exploits a technique that partitions the network topology into two distinct blocks: the Core, which captures the underlying community structure of the Internet, and the Periphery, representing the “tendrils” of the topology. Thanks to this layering, S-BITE is able to accurately reproduce Internet topology at the statistical level, matching classical graph metrics, and represent its structure. S-BITE is mostly implemented in C and depends on the igraph library available at http://igraph.sourceforge.net In order to speed up the execution of the different components, the package uses shell scripts.

    SPARGEL

    SPARGEL

An opensource Java graph library. Abandoned, ignore.

Spargel is a Java graph library that puts its effort in having a rather small but powerful code basis. This is achieved by extending graphs via properties in form of vertice and edge maps. Because these maps are an individual implementation depending on the graph datastructure used, they are more memory efficient than using a Java HashMap. Currently spargel is in its early stages, but will soon support more tasks.
