    ATLAS_mPBPK

    ATLAS_mPBPK

Modeling and Simulation of mPBPK models

ATLAS mPBPK is a MATLAb-based tool for modeling and Simulation of minimal Physiology Based Pharmacokinetic (mPBPK) models of small and large molecules. The tool enables the users to perform: i) PK data visualization, ii) simulation, iii) parameter optimization, and iv) local sensitivity analysis (SA) of mPBPK models in a simple and efficient manner.

    MED-FOES

An Agent-Based Simulation of Invasive Pest Insects

...The simulation currently takes population extinction as a given because it aims to give us better estimates of necessary quarantine lengths in areas where Medfly is not currently established but does repeatedly invade. Thus the objective of this software is to estimate the time to local extirpation based on known ranges of developmental, survivorship and reproductive parameters, as well as assumed ranges of an eradication pressure parameter. For a complete analysis and estimate of time to extirpation one would execute a large number of individual simulations evenly distributed over parameter space to estimate the time at which an arbitrary percentage of the simulations show extirpation.

    Frc Robot Simulator

A library that allows programs for a NI CRIO to be run on a computer.

A simulator that allows programs written in Java for a National Instruments CRIO to be run on a local computer by overloading the libraries provided by WPI. Some things we've fixed since 0.1a: Kinect no longer throws an exception upon instantiation, the Watchdog is usable, array elements can now be edited in the gui, and lots of under the hood reimplementation to replace native methods. DISCLAIMER: this is not like the diamond bullet studios simulation, this only simulates how the...
