Java Modelling Tools is a suite of scientific tools for performance analysis and modelling using queueing theory and colored stochastic Petri nets. Models are solved either with analytical, asymptotic or simulation methods; workload characterization tools are also included in the suite.
See the project website for more details: http://jmt.sf.net
...LINE features algorithms for the solution of open queueing systems (e.g., M/M/1, M/M/k, M/G/1, ...), open and closed queueing networks, and layered queueing networks. Additional details are available on the project website: http://line-solver.sf.net.
...Due to its modular design fast development and addition of new converters is highly facilitated.
SBFC can be executed in two modes:
1. standalone executable downloading the package provided in this website;
2. web-service at http://www.ebi.ac.uk/biomodels/tools/converters .
For general discussion about SBFC, please use the forum sbfc-forum@googlegroups.com .
A mailing-list is also available for developers: sbfc-devel@googlegroups.com
Thanks for using SBFC!

...The principal trait of this library is its ability to manage (create, edit, layout, display) continuously evolving graphs.
The development of this project now takes place on Github. Visit the official Graphstream website at http://graphstream-project.org
Graph polynomials and view prime numbers on a ulam spiral graphing plot. Only integer numbers. Based on an old GPL version of the JEP equation parser. See website for additional examples/live applets Seems to be closely related to Cellular automaton.
Seems to be closely related to Cellular automaton, except this creates a complex pattern from a mathematical function you input. See website for examples/live applets. This program makes use of an old GPL version of the JEP equation parser.
To help math students visualize the prufer code and/or discover anything new about the prufer code not already present. Examples and live applet on webiste.
JCreme is an automated interface to the CREME96 modeling web app (https://creme96.nrl.navy.mil/). It allows the user to send multiple requests to the CREME96 website and retrieve the results. CREME stands for "Cosmic Ray Effects on Micro Electronics"
ANKOS is Java based framework for simulating epidemiological systems by modelling simulation items and their relationship. Go to the website project and get more information.
