Virtual X-Ray Imaging Library on GPU
gVirtualXRay is a C++ library to simulate X-ray imaging. It is based on the Beer-Lambert law to compute the absorption of light (i.e. photons) by 3D objects (here polygon meshes). It is implemented on the graphics processing unit (GPU) using the OpenGL Shading Language (GLSL). SimpleGVXR is a smaller library build on the top of gVirtualXRay. It provides wrappers to Python, R, Ruby, Tcl, C#, Java, and GNU Octave. -

BEAST is a data- and model-driven Decision Support System (DSS) evaluating woody biomass potentials from forests, hedges and trees outside forests as well as short rotation coppice (SRC). The latter one is modelled spatially explicit. This opens the possibility to identify prefered areas for SRC production under different restrictions and goals. The purpose of MoRe4ABM - Managing Ongoing RElationships for ABM - is to support representing and analysing social networks in agent-based modeling. The library provides a large number of network generators and a comprehensive framework for network and node level measures. It integrates well with Repast Simphony and uses the JUNG library. More4ABM furthermore supports initialisation of geographically explicit networks using GIS. -

Impact is an explicit Finite Element Program Suite which simulates dynamic impact events. It has a range of elements, contact handling and different material laws. Models can be created, solved and analyzed with the included pre- and postprocessor. Impact is based on an Explicit Time stepping algorithm. These kind of codes are used to simulate dynamic phenomena such as car crashes and similar, usually involving large deformations.

One of these tools is the Simulation Data Exchange Model (SDEM) Mapping Language (SML) Editor. The tool provides the ability to import two SDEMs in their native language and subsequently view the entities that need to be mapped between the two SDEMs. The SDEM Editor also allows the user to create these mappings and store the result in an SML file. -
