System dynamics program with additional features for economics
Minsky brings system dynamics and monetary modelling to economics. Models are defined using flowcharts on a drawing canvas (as are Matlab's Simulink, Vensim, Stella, etc). Minsky's unique feature is the "Godley Table", which uses double entry bookkeeping to generate stock-flow consistent models of financial flows. Framework to help researchers test their discovery algorithms. Microsoft visual studio 2008 with c# and SQL Server were used on windows based workstation. Prototype developed is called WSDis, which stands for Web Services Discovery. WSDis provides Two main menus and two buttons at the main form. Figure 10 shows the main form of WSDis. Button IMPORT imports WSDL files and retrieving their details. Button REGISTER registers acceptable web services. Acceptable web service description files are WSDL standard format and their documentation section is not empty.
