Optimer: a SPICE base electrical/ electronic circuit optimization tool
This project is dedicated to the optimization of (any) electrical and electronic circuits and components using evolutionary and heuristic algorithms incorporated with SPICE simulators (such as HSPICE, ngSPICE, etc.).
We provide Optimer, which is a user graphical interface for circuit design and optimization.

...The project can visualize the simulation, and create a graphic real-time output using FreeGLUT, and also have an option for textual output and archiving.
Bugale N-Body Data Editor provides a graphic user interface for creating and editing the settings and body data files of Bugale N-Body Simulator. It can be found here:

SimKernel controls parameter scans and iterations for any given C++ code / scientific simulation. Parameters, iteration ranges, settings and dependencies are specified in Mathematica syntax. Parallel processing of parameter scanning via MPI.
SpectrumGUI can generate filtered spectra for various x-ray tubes and
can display attenuation coefficients for various materials. It also
computes exposure and beam quality for various tube settings.
An implementation of the GSD service discovery protocol for the network simulator ns2 (http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/). The protocol core is written in c++ whereas simulation settings and scenarios can be set up via OTCL scripts -- as usual in ns2.
