Generate complex SNP models and heterogeneous datasets

Genetic Architecture Model Emulator for Testing and Evaluating Software (GAMETES) is an algorithm for the generation of complex single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) models for simulated association studies. GAMETES is designed to generate epistatic models which we refer to as pure and strict, that constitute the worst-case in terms of detecting disease associations, since such associations may only be observed if all n-loci are included in the disease model. User friendly GAMETES software rapidly and precisely generates epistatic multi-locus models, and can generate simulated datasets based on these models. Version 2.0, adds the ability to generate heterogeneous datasets by applying multiple independent models to different subsets of the simulated data. Additionally we have added a custom model generation feature, so that users may directly specify and examine the properties of any 2 or 3 locus SNP model. Simple Mendelian models may also be generated with this feature.

3D driving simulation based on Open Dynamics Engine

Sour*eforge.net has become inaccesible to me because of Cl*udflare. The latest version of skunks is on my site: https://matei.one/. 3D realistic driving (not racing) simulation with software rendering, based on Open Dynamics Engine (which is included in all *.tar.gz files so it doesn't have to be downloaded separately). 10 cars (all electric) and 16 tracks are available in version 5.1.0. Cars and tracks can be easily created and modified. Only SDL 1.2 or SDL 2 required besides standard C library. GNU/Linux and Wind0ws executables are available. If using GNU/Linux and SDL 2, it might be necessary to add -lpthread in the comp file, at line 2.

    Cambridge Rocketry Simulator

Simulate high power rocket flights with splash down plots

This software allows you perform six degree of freedom simulations of High Power Rocket (HPR) and model rocket flights. Parachute descent is also simulated. 3D flight trajectories are produced as well as detailed tabular flight data. Running in Monte Carlo mode allows generates multiple possible flight paths and splash down plots, indicating the probability of landing in an area. GatcomSUMO

    GatcomSUMO

Automates the building of VANET simulations using SUMO and OMNeT++

GatcomSUMO is a multi-platform application that facilitates the building of VANET simulations using the SUMO traffic simulator and the OMNeT++ network simulator. The tasks related to the generation of abstract or synthetic scenarios, the download and conversion of network scenarios based on real maps (e.g. from OpenStreetMap), the route creation process, and the vehicles mobility modelling are integrated in a user-friendly graphical interface. This tool performs the necessary actions by invoking the set of utilities included in SUMO, saving the user from typing complex command-line orders. GatcomSUMO visualizes the network and routes easily, and they are created in such a way to meet the requirements of the involved simulators, in particular OMNeT++, in order to avoid misunderstandings and runtime errors. The application allows the conversion of the spatial coordinates used by SUMO into those used by OMNeT++, which is essential to place fixed elements like RSUs.

    SIMtoEXP

For comparison of simulation and experimental scattering data

SIMulation to EXPeriment is software that allows the direct comparison of simulation density information with that obtained from X-ray and neutron scattering experiments, by converting the simulation data to form factors. It also calculates volume probability distributions according to a space filling volumetric model. Written in C++ and Qt, SIMtoEXP has a very simple and easy to use GUI with interactive plotting. The software was originally developed by Norbert Kucerka. The code has been tested on OpenSUSE and Ubuntu (both binary and compilation); Windows and Mac are not officially supported, see the 'Notes' in the tar. PLEASE READ THE WIKI FOR THE MOST UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION - there have been major bug fixes recently.

Fortunately, we have a record which can be traced back to 2017 after figuring out how to obtain in bazaar way COMPLETELY, I translate the revision to git , we might have a chance to ignite again. IF successful, we can do whatever we like. I DO NOT FULLY TRUST AN ENTITY EVEN THAT ENTITY IS OK. SO PLEASE FORK THIS ONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ONCE YOU SEE , THE MORE FORKING THE BETTER. IF This helps you, You might consider to help us to get one domain, also try running longer. It is said the consideration might be eye dropping twenty hundred bucks , If you like to, you may contact me for further detail.
