A very simple 2D isometric-engine which was created as basic idea to develop an isometric virtual environment in which some programmed robots autonomously they move trough differents rooms to test they abilities to solving problems in the real enviroment. This Java package handles DBPF files which are used in SimCity 4. The NEW version (2.0) has all functions in one JDBPF package. JavaDoc can be found here: "http://caspervg.net/jdbpf/javadoc/". The OLD version (<1.6) has its basic functions packaged in the DBPF4J. Extended functions which needs some libraries (XTools) are in the DBPF4J-Ext package.

...Predecessor of the CTruck3D vehicle simulator series. I wrote it from zero in C (+OpenGL&GLUT). It has ascii-art and nice graphics version, and a special funny version It's a very basic thing: there are free rigid bodies and springs with strong attenuation/damping. It's very simple and very short code, and collisions of bodies with ground are good and stable. A good simulation of this kind, however requires Lagrangian method. I proposed the Lagrange_motocross as an alternative of this kind. The code is not much longer but the it's overall more complicated, and collisions are a bad issue.
