An Arithmetical Tetris Game. Numbered tiles divide and cancel out.
Full documentation: Download pfactrisX.Y.html Tetris, but with arithmetic, each tile has an integer on it. Drop a tile onto a tile below so that the numbers divide and cancel out. Once a tile drops and cancels with the tile below, it will attempt to cancel the next tile below that and so on. If no more below-cancellations happen it will also try to cancel with the tile to the left and then the tile to the right of it. For complete description go to Files tab and see readme.txt -

Another clone of Rick Dangerous classic game
Rick Dangerous was one of my favorite games for the spectrum (and Amiga), it already has a very good clone (xrick), but it lacks the ability to easily create new maps and enhance the graphics since they are built in the code itself. RickyD uses xml extensively to configure all aspects of the game, from objects to tiles and sound, maps are also written in xml, so they can be easily edited. Creating completely new maps is very easy, just create a new tileset and use a tool like tiled to put everything together. RickyD uses the brand new SDL 2.0 and the matching libraries SDL2_image, SDL2_mixer and SDL2_ttf. -

I'm a big fan of games similar to the Tyrian or Raptor. Especially Tyrian, but to play the same levels - it's boring. So I created my game in this genre, where levels can be generated randomly. Levels can be created manually in the editor. Gameplay is a bit like Diablo. The game has an inventory window and you can change the characteristics of your spaceship. Pytonis Universalis (name is still WIP) is a simple shoot 'em up. It is written completely in Python and uses Pygame so the code is as accessible as possible for others to inspect. The idea should be easy enough for anyone to understand: try to avoid running into flying saucers and their laser beams by shooting them down before they shoot you down. Every time you destroy a flying saucer you get points. Points are nice, you want them. -

A simple 2D game where asteroids fall at a spaceship and must be destroyed or dodged. Use the keyboard controls to maneuver the ship, avoiding the asteroids and guard towers as long as possible. To do so, dodge the asteroids and guard towers or destroy them with your laser cannon. Colliding with an asteroid or flying by a guard tower causes your shield to go down. Both the shield and laser cannon recharge over time. -

2D motorcycle simulator done using Lagrangian equations of motion
2D simulation game using exlusively Lagrangian equations of motion. It's a 2D motocross game similar to X-Moto, ActionSupercross and such. Some stability issues persist but mostly it's good already. I shall compile it soon for Windows: one of the problems is that Windows compilers must periodically be reinstalled, and that's annoying. Using Lagrangians in games is not a well documented thing, but it allows to achieve exellent results in very little time, soon after a good parametrization... -

Winter Warland
Snowball deathmatch game
...This game contains a leveling system where after each level you get to upgrade nine different features of your character relating to your gloves, boots, and coat. During a battle, there is an inventory system where you can store snowballs and an assortment of eight different powerup items in your pockets so you can use them whenever you want. Winter Warland features four different game modes, including the classic Deathmatch (standard snowball fight), Elimination, and Capture the Flag modes as well as a unique mode called Snowman Conqueror. Worlds are randomly generated, but are customizable. Multiplayer was intended, but due to severe delays and recent schedule changes, I probably won’t add it for a while. -

...The Game uses OpenGL and has some Advanced shader effects (like for the Water). The models where created in Blender and exported to the Wavefront-Obj format. It is only a small Studentproject, so there are no sounds and no Highscorelist. Maybe we will continue the development of this game and bring out a enhanced version in the future. -

pyKSoko is a clone from Sokoban, yes another one. It was intended as a clone of Ksokoban the old Sokoban clone from KDE 3.5.x but it evolved and has now many features who are not part of the original KDE Sokoban clone. Have fun & give feedback! :-D

Othello is a space shooter action game similar to Metroid. It does not aim to be a copy however, and has a unique storyline. All the "pre" stuff is about complete, so development will focus on gameplay.
