Another clone of Rick Dangerous classic game
Rick Dangerous was one of my favorite games for the spectrum (and Amiga), it already has a very good clone (xrick), but it lacks the ability to easily create new maps and enhance the graphics since they are built in the code itself. RickyD uses xml extensively to configure all aspects of the game, from objects to tiles and sound, maps are also written in xml, so they can be easily edited. Creating completely new maps is very easy, just create a new tileset and use a tool like tiled to put everything together. RickyD uses the brand new SDL 2.0 and the matching libraries SDL2_image, SDL2_mixer and SDL2_ttf. -

Kobo64 is a space shooter game which can be considered as a "port" of Kobo Deluxe for the Commodore 64 platform. There are many similarities like maps or enemies, but the algorithms were altered to better fit to the platform limitations. It was written in 6502 assembler (64tass) for performance reasons. The game was an entry for the RGCD 2013 16KiB cartridge game competition. -

This game is a nice remake of the traditional brick breaker game, which rules are the following. Bounce the little ball with the bar to destroy all the bricks. Try to survive all the levels to get a nice score or go as fast as you can to make the best chronos and be in the high-scores. Good luck !
