    Mathematics Dataset

    Mathematics Dataset

This dataset code generates mathematical question and answer pairs

...It generates question-and-answer pairs across a wide range of mathematical topics typically found in school-level curricula, testing a model’s ability to reason about algebra, arithmetic, calculus, probability, and more. Each question is programmatically generated with structured templates to ensure clear logic and reproducibility. The dataset enables models to learn mathematical problem-solving through examples that involve both numeric and symbolic reasoning. Version 1.0 includes over 2 million examples per category, with training splits labeled as “easy,” “medium,” and “hard,” supporting curriculum-based learning strategies. The data can be accessed via PyPI or generated locally using provided Python scripts, with outputs formatted for direct use in training or evaluation pipelines.

    Fosite - advection problem solver

numerical simulation code for solving transport equations in 1D/2D/3D

Fosite is a generic framework for the numerical solution of hyperbolic conservation laws in generalized orthogonal coordinates. Its main purpose is the simulation of compressible flows in accretion disks. The underlying numerical solution method belongs to the family of unsplit conservative finite volume TVD schemes. The method is 2nd order accurate in space and uses high order Runge-Kutta and multistep schemes for time evolution. In addition to the pure advection code several source terms...

    xLaDe

    xLaDe

    A Lean 4 Ecosystem Framework!

...It is an ecosystem-level tool, which records the toolchain and other metadata of projects and allows the reconstruction and rebuilding of that exact environment later. Lean 4 undergoes rapid development, which can introduce backward-compatibility issues. This problem becomes more difficult as the versions accumulate over time. xLaDe is built to mitigate the practical issues of backward-compatibility problems and improve ecosystem-level tooling for the Lean 4 theorem prover. Instead of directly solving backward-compatibility issues by storing every version of Lean 4 and other tools or providing cross-version compatibility, xLaDe tries to store sufficient environment metadata such as toolchains, dependencies, and other context, and then recreates the environment for running Lean 4 projects upon request, also termed as experiments in xLaDe.

    RSM

Radiation Spectrum Method : a modal BPM (Beam Propagation Method)

RSM (Radiation Spectrum Method) is a 2D rigorous tool to solve the Maxwell equations for the propagation of light in integrated optics or photonics devices. It makes use of an EigenMode Expansion method (EME) to solve the electromagnetic problem. This software running on Windows and MacOS comes with a GUI that permits to define with the aid of files or scripts the arbitrary and complex geometry of the waveguide. Of that way any waveguide geometry can be handled. Several plots are available : refractive index plot, field propagation plot and modes spectrum plot. This permits, with the interpretation of the guided and radiation modes spectrum, a physical understanding of the propagation mechanisms in the integrated optical device under evaluation. ...

    3d Linear Transformation Visualization

    3d Linear Transformation Visualization

    Visualize 3d linear transformations.

A linear transformation is a function from one vector space to another that respects the linear structure of each vector space. For visualizing this we can transform a vector, but it has an obvious problem, because the linear transformation transform the whole space, not just the vector, in other words it transforms the basis vectors thus every vector in the space gets transformed too. That's why i created this app so everyone can see how a transformation matrix change the whole space.

    Awesome Math

    Awesome Math

This is the Curriculum for "How to Learn Mathematics Fast"

This repository is a curated roadmap for learning the core mathematics used in computer science, machine learning, and data science without getting lost in unnecessary detours. It organizes topics like algebra, calculus, linear algebra, probability, and statistics into a pragmatic sequence that favors intuition and problem-solving over purely formal proofs. The materials emphasize short, high-leverage resources—video lectures, concise notes, and hands-on exercises—that help you build momentum quickly. It also suggests checkpoints and practice ideas so you can test comprehension and move forward with confidence. The structure is useful both for newcomers who want a starting plan and for practitioners filling specific gaps before tackling ML or deep learning. ...

    RASPnmr

    Protein NMR backbone resonance assignment

RASP uses structure-based chemical shift predictions to solve the backbone resonance assignment problem in protein NMR spectroscopy. This enables rapid determination of highly accurate assignments on the basis of minimal experimental datasets, even for spectroscopically challenging proteins. RASP takes as input spin systems assembled on the basis of an arbitrary set of conventional triple-resonance NMR experiments. Uniquely, RASP is capable of extensive assignments even in the abscence of Cbeta chemical shift information: over a test set of 154 proteins RASP assigns 88 % of residues with an accuracy of 99.7 %, using only information available from HNCO and HNCA spectra. ...

    Pysimony

A Pythonic Implementation of Parsimony Inference of Phylogeny

...An unlikely-to-be-the-most-parsimonious tree is printed upon completion in basic Newick tree format. As all parts of the program are the original work of a beginner programmer, this may represent one of the worst approaches to solving the phylogenetic problem. I have clearly avoided object-oriented programming. Nevertheless, I distribute this imagining it might someday be slightly educational or at least provide a laugh at the pathetic attempt it makes to reinvent the wheel
