    Surya

    Surya

Implementation of the Surya Foundation Model for Heliophysics

...Named after the Sanskrit word for “sun,” Surya is trained on nine years of high‑resolution solar imagery from NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO). It is designed to forecast solar phenomena—such as flares, solar wind, irradiance, and active region behavior—by predicting future solar images with a sophisticated long–short vision transformer architecture, thereby enabling improved space weather forecasting. Foresees solar flares, wind, EUV spectra, and active region formation in advance. Achieves approximately 16% improvement in forecasting accuracy over traditional methods. 366-million‑parameter foundation model capturing general-purpose solar representations.

    FAST Simulations

    FAST Simulations

An Open source Analysis and SImulation Toolbox for Fuel Cells

...Derivative works of FAST-FC include FC-APOLLO which is a forked branch of this project intended to capture the code state at the exit of the funded DOE project. FAST-FC is the open and active community branch. FAST-FC is developed and maintained by the original creator and developer, David B. Harvey. Features of FAST-fc include transport of gases and liquids, multi-step reaction kinetics, transient and steady state operation for performance and durability, and scalable dimensionality from 1D - 3D domains. Future development work is on-going in FAST-fc and our strategic development schedule includes membrane degradation, improved liquid water transport models through the application of pore networks, and extension to stack-level simulation.

    HYBRYD

Library written in C with Python API for IPv6 networking

...I'm trying to readapt it for Python 2.7.3 and GCC 4.6.3 The library has to be build as a simple Python extension using >python setup.py install and allows to create different kind of servers, clients or hybryds (clients-servers) over (TCP/UDP) using the Ipv6 Protocol. The architecture of the code is based on brain architecture. Will put an IPv6 adress active available as soon as possible so that you can download pieces of codes. The aim of that coding was to use primary linux commands easily codable and make an object of an IPv6 connection. Moreover, the model is full-state!

Ymap - Yeast Mapping Analysis Pipeline

Ymap - Yeast Mapping Analysis Pipeline

Pipeline for large-scale genome changes analysis of genome datasets.

The active use repository has migrated over to: https://github.com/darrenabbey/ymap The repository here was errantly created with some large binary files included. Attempts to extract the files from the history here have failed. A copy of the history was successfully scrubbed and then hosted at github. -------- Eukaryotic pathogens have complicated and dynamic genomes.

    WISP

Weighted Implementation of Suboptimal Paths (WISP)

...Dynamical network analysis has been used to model this cooperation, helping to computationally explain how binding to an allosteric site can impact the behavior of a primary site often many angstroms away. Traditionally, computational efforts have focused on the most optimal path of correlated motions leading from the allosteric to the primary active site. We present a program called Weighted Implementation of Suboptimal Paths (WISP) capable of rapidly identifying additional suboptimal pathways that may also play important roles in the transmission of allosteric signals. Aside from providing signal redundancy, suboptimal paths traverse residues that, if disrupted through pharmacological or mutational means, could modulate the allosteric regulation of important drug targets.

    AMBIENT

Find active modules in metabolic networks using high-throughput data

...If you wish to use the version used in the paper it is v0.6.3, however I recommend using the latest version which works in the same way but with additional options and has stability and performance improvements. Thanks for your interest! AMBIENT (Active Modules for Bipartite Networks) is a Python module that uses simulated annealing to find areas of a metabolic network (modules) that have some consistent characteristic. AMBIENT does not require predefined pathways and gives highly specific predictions of affected areas of metabolism. For example, scores for reactions based on transcriptional data of their annotated encoding genes can be used in the network and modules of coordinated expression changes can be found. ...
