    This is a basic computer program (coded in Python) to simulate possible unit crystal cell length (a), Miller indices - {h, k, l} and interplanar spacing (d) for cubic crystals from observed (experimental) X-ray diffraction (XRD) angle, 2-theta. It can simulate all these possible crystal lattice parameters for cubic crystal systems between the given 2–theta values within the range of specified cell length (a) limits. 1. Enter wavelength of X-ray (in Angstroms) 2. Enter minimum and maximum diffraction angle as 2-theta (in Degrees) 3. Enter minimum and maximum unit cell length (in Angstroms) All the possible cubic crystal parameters, as well as diffraction angle with reference to d-spacing between the given Miller indices (h k l planes), will be simulated. The C/C++ variant of the API is built as a header (.h) and dynamic link library (.dll + .lib). With the C/C++ API, users that require easy integration of the 3-Space family of sensors into programming environments not natively supported may import the dynamic link library and call its contained functions from the importing program, as the API's function prototypes are all compiled as C prototypes and are name mangled as such.

Attempts to extract the files from the history here have failed. A copy of the history was successfully scrubbed and then hosted at github. -------- Eukaryotic pathogens have complicated and dynamic genomes. To facilitate analysis of copy number variations (CNV), single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), and loss of heterozygosity (LOH) events in Candida albicans, the most common human fungal pathogen, we developed a pipeline for analyzing diverse genome-scale datasets from microarray, deep sequencing, and restriction site associated DNA sequence experiments for clinical and laboratory strains. The YMAP pipeline automatically illustrates genome-wide information in a single intuitive figure and is readily modified for the analysis of other categories of data and other pathogen species with small genomes.

    You Only Meter Once - The open hardware smart metering system

    Researches have shown that immediate feedback can increase energy saving dramatically. YoMo aims to empower people using low-cost open hardware smart meters in their household. The metering system consists of a coordination unit, a raspberry pi, and several smart meters, arduino boards equipped with communication shields and our self-designed yomo metering shield. The smart meters are attached to household devices and monitor their energy consumption. The gathered data is timestamped and transmitted to the coordination device. This device offers interfaces to control the smart meters. On top of the software runs a apache webserver that provides all estimated data on our yomo project homepage. The system does not need any maintenance and works out of the box after the devices were integrated into the households Wi-Fi network.
