    GenCodeGenerator

C++ class to generate biologically plausible genetic codes

The "GeneticCode" C++ class is designed to generate versions of the genetic code subject to the requirements of the three major models of the genetic code origin and evolution (about these models see, e.g., Koonin & Novozhilov, 2009, IUBMB Life). This class was written specifically to perform statistical test for the paper Makukov & shCherbak (2017), but it might be used for a wider class of studies related to the genetic code.

    GTK+ IOStream

    GTK+ IOStream

GTK+iostream, Data plots, ORB, Neural Networks, WSOLA

Create GTK+ interfaces using IOStream style code. Its simple and quick! Also providing simple data plotting (similar to Matlab/Octave), ORB (Object Request Broker), and Neural Network computations. You can create GTK+ GUIs in a few lines of code. Labels<<"Thanks for reading"; (HBox<<Labels).show(); or even one line : (HBox() << (Labels()<<"Thanks for reading")).show(); Inline code destructs the classes, but leaves the widgets/callbacks operating. ...

    IOA AM code

Implementation of the core routine for AM analysis from the IOA AMWG

...The responsibility for the correct implementation and application of the software or any modification thereof rests with the end user. It should not be taken as agreement from the IOA or the AMWG that any results produced by this code are recommended or agreed. The example software does not represent an analysis method and requires correct inputs parameters and data, and interpretation of the results. All users should have a suitable understanding of the IOA AMWG document on which this code is based. No user support is offered, although feedback may may be directed to WTAMCONSULT (at) IOA.ORG.UK. ...

    Gnuplot Editor

    Gnuplot Editor

    Interactive gnuplot script editor

...The gnuplot editor generates a preview of the plot for every change you make and quickly allows to show the created image file with a simple keystroke. Lines with errors are highlighted in the code and gnuplot output is shown in a separate widget. In addition it features all basic editor options, syntax highlighting and menu macros for often used gnuplot options. The program is written in python (works with 2 and 3) with a Qt4 user interface, which makes it platform independent (tested in Linux, OS X 10.7 and Windows XP). ...

    MathFu

    MathFu

C++ math library developed primarily for games focused on simplicity

...Implementations are carefully tuned to leverage SIMD instruction sets such as SSE and NEON while preserving a clean fallback path for portability. Because types are fixed at compile time, the compiler can aggressively inline and unroll code, producing predictable performance and tiny binaries. The design emphasizes minimal dependencies and clear ownership so the library can be embedded into engines without dragging in heavyweight frameworks. It fits equally well in rendering math, physics helpers, animation blending, and camera control logic where determinism and speed matter.

    bel_fft

    bel_fft

FFT co-processor in Verilog based on the KISS FFT

bel_fft is a FFT co-processor that can calculate FFTs with arbitrary radix. It is a hardware implementation of the free software Kiss FFT ("Keep it simple, Stupid!"). The target was to allow a simple replacement of the software code with the hardware implementation. Therefore bel_fft comes with a software driver that is compatible with the Kiss FFT routines. bel_fft also has a modular architecture and allows interfacing different bus architectures. So far AMBA AXI, Altera's Avalon bus and the Wishbone bus are supported. However, bel_fft's architecture allows an easy adaptation to further bus architectures (e.g. ...

    WrapImaJ

Multi-platform API for Image Processing systems in Life Sciences

...The purpose of WrapImaJ is not to combine an exhaustive collection of all functionalities of different imaging system, but to offer a simple, concise Application Programming Interface (API) - allowing to develop imaging software, the source code of which is independent from the underlying imaging system on which it relies. In it's current form, it only wraps basic functionalities of ImageJ. The developers of WrapImaJ intend the library to support compatibilty with the main imaging systems available in the Java language and broadly used in the field of life sciences.

    CloudMIG Xpress

    CloudMIG Xpress

Find the best suited cloud provider and deployment for your software

To reduce resource over and under-provisioning, software systems can be migrated to IaaS and PaaS-based cloud environments. However, aligning and optimizing existing software systems for a cloud computing foundation often involves substantial reengineering activities or at least an elaborated configuration during the migration. There exist various challenges that have to be addressed, for example, systematically comparing cloud environment candidates, checking the conformance with...

    Coffee-Physics

    Coffee-Physics

A simple, lightweight physics engine written in CoffeeScript

...It models motion with a particle system and uses simple constraints and behaviors—such as gravity, attraction/repulsion, drag, and springs—to create believable movement with very little code. The design is intentionally composable: you attach behaviors to particles or groups and let the update loop integrate positions, producing emergent effects from a few rules. Because it is lightweight, it integrates easily with 2D renderers like Canvas or WebGL, and it is popular in generative art sketches and interactive experiments. ...
