TraceMetrics is a trace file analyzer for Network Simulator 3 (ns-3). The main goal is to perform a quick analyzis of the trace file produced by ns-3's simulations and calculate useful metrics for research and performance measurement. GESPA (GEnomic Single nucleotide Polymorphism Analyzer) is a bioinformatics tool for classifying Nonsynonymous Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms (nsSNPs). GESPA predicts if a nsSNP is pathogenic using reports from literature and various algorithms to assess conservation in orthologous and paralogous protein alignments. Using reports from literature, GESPA is also able to predict the phenotype of a nsSNP with high accuracy.

This software is a very simple network analyzer. When you click the start button, it will send a configurable stream of UDP packets to a host.
