An open source JavaDICOM de-identification toolkit
DICOM Confidential project develops an open source DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) de-identification toolkit that provides the necessary flexibility to account for different de-identification requirements.
DicomReader is a simple JavaDicom files decipher. It handles headers and images within as well; data (headers and pixel-value images) will be saved into ascii clear text files. A pgm version of the image files is also provided.
DCMLinux is a complete PACS system, free of charge. Its core is an Ubuntu 14.04 system fully updated and it contains the DCM4CHEE as its PACS server. In the near future it will contain many other addons such as Weasis, Oviyam, Care2x, etc.
