    CUTLASS

    CUTLASS

CUDA Templates for Linear Algebra Subroutines

CUTLASS is a collection of CUDA C++ template abstractions for implementing high-performance matrix-multiplication (GEMM) and related computations at all levels and scales within CUDA. It incorporates strategies for hierarchical decomposition and data movement similar to those used to implement cuBLAS and cuDNN. CUTLASS decomposes these "moving parts" into reusable, modular software components abstracted by C++ template classes. These thread-wide, warp-wide, block-wide, and device-wide primitives can be specialized and tuned via custom tiling sizes, data types, and other algorithmic policy. ...

    Lsie

General purpose Lindenmayer system written in C++

Lsie (Elsie) is a Lindenmayer system implementation written in C++. It supports bracketed, stochastic, context sensitive, parametric, conditional grammars with parameter signature matching, homomorphism and decomposition. Expression evaluation and signature matching is based on an internal bytecode compiler and interpreter, types are statically checked at compile time. It may seem a bit overkill, but it is fun to write and it has some practical advantages. :) The project is work in progress. Basically it is a toy, it is not optimized nor thoroughly tested, and it supports only few built-in types. ...

    galprop_skymap_convert

Convert galprop skymaps to standard healpix

...This program performs this conversion, outputs both the original energy bins and energy-integrated spectra, and in addition convolves with a user-defined Gaussian both in energy bins and energy-integrated. Also outputs the spherical harmonic decomposition as HealPix, per energy bin. There is also an option to divide by a second HealPix file, for example to give intensity if file 1 is counts and file 2 is exposure, to give intensity. Now also converts back.

    FreDec

    Parallelized FREquency DEComposer algorithm

This is a parallelized algorithm performing a decomposition of the time-series data into a number of sinusoidal components, disentangling them from the white Gaussian noise. The algorithm analyses all suspicious frequencies, including the ones that look like an alias at a glance, but may become preferable later. After selection of the initial frequency candidates, the algorithm passes through all their possible combinations and estimates their multi-frequency statistical significance. ...
