...Gauge theories are incredibly important in current theoretical research and allow for the seach of symmetries.
The bulk of the project will consist on a LaTeX document that tries to explain the concepts at hand. Some MATLAB/Octave code might be used to illustrate some problems.
Lattice simulation of biochemical reactions and diffusion
This site hosts code investigating the role of spatial heterogeneity in biochemical signaling. Motivated by several biological examples, we study the behavior of covalent modification networks when the activating component is localized to a planar membrane in either a random or clustered configuration. Reactions and diffusion are implemented on a three-dimensional lattice.
CIVx is a free advanced PIV (Particle Imaging Velocimetry) code, developped in Fortran and C++. Input : pair of png images. Output : velocity field in NetCDF format. It is used by the UVMAT Matlabcode develloped at LEGI.
Deploy in 115+ regions with the modern database for every enterprise.
MongoDB Atlas gives you the freedom to build and run modern applications anywhere—across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. With global availability in over 115 regions, Atlas lets you deploy close to your users, meet compliance needs, and scale with confidence across any geography.
C++ template headers for linear algebra manipulations. These are designed for ease of use in writing human readable code. Follows a similar syntax to MATLAB.
A Matlabcode to characterize and analyze Gafchromic film for radiotherapy applications. Single or dual color analysis (respectively for EBT or EBT2 film types). Accurate uncertainty estimations. Requirements: Matlab (min. ver. 2007a), Image toolbox.
SailFEM is a Matlabcode for the finite element analysis of membrane elements. The code was developped for the application in sail analysis. Implemented elements are the non-linear Constant Strain Triangles.
NT2 is a multi-platform C++ library providing various template matrix classes that can be used with a Matlab(tm) like syntax whose performances are close to those obtained with hand written C code. NT2 comes with various numerical toolboxes.
MATmute is a MATLABcode mutation system targeted at developers of scientific software. The package includes a mutator, a MATLAB function to call the mutator and run the mutants, and some examples to demonstrate how to use the system.
Tissue Modeling Tool (TMT) is a Matlab-based open source project aiming to share constitutive modeling code and algorithms within the tissue biomechanics community. It is meant to be modular, fast, and easily extensible.
Projeny (Probablistic Networks Generator in Java) is a graphical (Java SWT) front-end to BNT (Bayes Net Toolbox for Matlab). Projeny requires BNT, JMatLink and a Matlab back-end. There is no installable release package, but source code is available on SVN - please check out from SVN to use Projeny. Projeny was started with BNJ as the base.
Source code for the paper J. Keiner and B. Waterhouse. Fast Principal Components Analysis method for finance problems with unequal time steps. In P. L'Ecuyer and A. B. Owen, editors, Monte Carlo and Quasi-Monte Carlo Methods 2008, Springer Verlag, 2010
Liberate your MATLABcode with LiberMate. Translate your software to free (libre) Python and the SciPy package. Are you a graduating student loosing access to MATLAB or an institution needing to share/collaborate scientific software with others.
Excited Energy Levels and Various Shapes (EELViS) was developed for calculation of the Extended Tao-Eldrup model results. The relation between potential well dimensions and positronium (Ps) lifetime can be calculated using this code.
The purpose of the software is to calculate the undulation between the WGS84 ellipsoid (GPS height) and the EGM96 geoid (mean sea level) in MATLAB, based on the C code in the "egm96-f477.c" project
This is a tool(MATLABcode) to find out the least-weighing path in a maze containing coloured squares where every colour has its own specified weight/cost. By default, it is programmed to calculate the path in a 8x8 square maze.
Open Source code for machine learning applied to anthropological/art objects. initially a collaboration between C. Wiggins+I. Tamaru (Columbia) and A. Gansell (Harvard) to identify true regions for lost/misplaced objects recovered in mesopotamia (Iraq).

An open-source package for analysis of neurophysiological data-- offline (vs real-time) processing of single-neuron spike trains or EEG data associated with behavior and memory processes. Currently MATLAB heavy, with some Windows specific code.
A toolbox for quantitative morphometric analysis of early development in spherical embryos, such as Xenopus laevis (African Clawed Frog). The toolbox is developed for Matlab 6.5 and higher and combines C-Mex code with Matlab functions.
A MEX-based Toolbox for MATLAB(R) for fast interpolation of 1D, 2D & 3D points, clouds and grids. It's a port of EZspline, a Fortran 90 module interface to the PSPLINE library from the National Transport Code Collaboration developed at the Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory.
