An open-source program to control a custom-built piece of hardware called an "Olfactometer" that is developed at Cold Spring Harbor Labs. Chances are this software is only useful to people that have this hardware, but we are making it open-source.
Flarduino is a microcontroller prototype board inspired by the Arduino. Its based on ATMega64 which provides 64K of flash, 4K of ram, 32 GPIO pins, and tons of other stuff.
This project is an implementation of a BML realizer using ROS. The algorithm uses an event-driven architecture, based on Petri nets, to ensure synchronization constraints for robots.

Framework for modelling of Natural General Intelligence. This project aims at creation of open source AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) through modelling of natural thinking. See http://roland.pri.ee/bakalaureusetoo/ for theoretical details.
openpickit is an attempt to port the Microchip pickit2 software to linux. It will be fully compatable with the most recent firmware that Microchip releases. Right now it supports some functions in firmware version 2.1.
XcopterSim is intended to become a system design environment for a RC-QuadroCopter. The airborne software is written in C++ for POSIX systems. The simulation is implemented with OpenModelica.
Just a bunch of awesome algorithms. Includes reactive path planning, high-level path planning and exploration algorithms. Software implemented using the Player Robot Server.
This project contains software written specifically for the robot in the department of Computer Science in Warwick University, UK http://riftor.g615.co.uk/robotics/ - Original Work By Dominic Orchard and Daniel James
Development of ROS in UTM ROBOCON for robot programming
Using the Robot Operating System (ROS) framework, several functionality are built including computer to serial port data transmission, mobile robot navigation and arm manipulation. This project is under testing and development and will be used in the ABU ROBOCON in Malaysia and international level in the near future.
This project is about developing a dog agility trial for the AIBO dog. AIBOs don't go over jumps very well like a biological dog can, but there are lots of obstacles in a typical dog agility trial that an AIBO robotic dog might be ok at.
