This software is for delivering push notifications to remote devices such as smartphones and tablets from a Raspberry Pi when the Raspberry Pi is connected through its GPIO pins to a device which holds a relay or electronic switch temporarily closed when activated. An example of such as device is a Dakota Alert break beam sensor.

This is a preconfigured version of Rasbian that communicates with Tom de Bree:s Simp-BMS hardware. Presentation of the data from the CAN-bus is presented in Node-Red through its GUI-capability. Raspbian Read-Only, as its name indicates, is a read-only distribution of Raspbian. But it has also been minimized to have a small footprint, low resource utilization and fast boot times. You can use Raspbian Read-Only as the base for your Raspberry Pi projects, since there’s no unnecessary packages installed. This makes it fast, reliable and a perfect framework for your projects. The default password for root is "raspbian". Raspbian Read-Only will also automatically expand to make use of your microSD, so no manual steps for you to perform. On first boot Raspbian Read-Only will reboot twice, to perform the microSD expansion. This project is currently a work-in-progress, so report any issues and we’ll do our best to remediate them.

This project is a wrapper script using generated profiles that include any desired patches and files (such as .desktop, icons, and configurations) to easily update, build, and package the software to be made available in your Linux distributions' online repository. So instead of worrying about how to compile for autoconf, autogen, bootstrap, cmake, or the traditional configure, make, make install, for each software title in your repo, builder will take care of all those details so you can focus on the more important parts of your project! Currently, builder can compile for AMD/Intel 32 and 64 bit along with ARM v6/7 (most notably for the Raspberry PI). The available profiles will successfully build for the XiniX and TC Linux distros, but contributions from others for those variants or others are welcomed and will be added to the database for all to use! gnhast - Garbled's NetBSD Home Automation Scripting Tools A collection of daemons that work together to build an event-based home automation system. The core set of daemons is written in C, however, any event (such as a light being turned on) can be handled by an external script or program. These programs can be written in any language, and the central daemon handles all the intercommunication. It is designed to be easily extensible for new device types and protocols. The core system is BSD Licensed (3-clause), however scripts or additional data collectors may be written under any acceptable lic. While the primary development environment for this is NetBSD, it can be used on other UNIX variants, such as Linux, or other BSD's.

There are many distribution of wheezy on the net which are much larger in size. This is my small attempt to make a mini-wheezy distribution which is just 8 Mb, for Raspberry PI. Although it is mini, but you can use debian-wheezy repository, for additional application. Download file, and extract the image. Copy the image to a SD card, and Insert the SD card in Raspberry PI and there you go. The password is pi:raspberry and root:root.
