    pi28apps

Raspberry Pi Application Launcher for 2,8" Touchscreens

The PiAppLauncher is a small and simplistic PyGTK program for 2,8" touchscreens attached to an Raspberry Pi. It creates a button for every "pi-app". It is meant to run in kiosk-mode and replaces the traditional desktop, which is not suited for small screens with only 320x240 pixel resolution. "Pi-apps" can be anything, they are defined by a triplet (name, icon, command). The project provides a number of sample apps as a starting point for your own needs.
