    pyrpl

PyRPL turns your Red Pitaya into a powerful analog feedback device.

...The graphical user interface (GUI) provides a realtime display of the various measurement instruments and allows the easy configuration of DSP signal chains and feedback controllers. At the highest abstraction level, arbitrary feedback sequences can be defined to fulfill tasks as complex as approaching and locking a resonance of a high-finesse Fabry-Perot cavity (tested up to finesse=100,000).

    Frontend Regression Validator (FRED)

    Frontend Regression Validator (FRED)

Visual regression tool used to compare baseline and updated instances

...The visual analysis computes the Normalized Mean Squared error and the Structural Similarity Index on the screenshots of the baseline and updated sites, while the visual AI looks at layout and content changes independently by applying image segmentation Machine Learning techniques to recognize high-level text and image visual structures. This reduces the impact of dynamic content yielding false positives. FRED is designed to be scalable. It has an internal queue and can process websites in parallel depending on the amount of RAM and CPUs (or GPUs) available.

    StellarGraph

    StellarGraph

    Machine Learning on Graphs

...For example, a graph can contain people as nodes and friendships between them as links, with data like a person’s age and the date a friendship was established. StellarGraph supports the analysis of many kinds of graphs. StellarGraph is built on TensorFlow 2 and its Keras high-level API, as well as Pandas and NumPy. It is thus user-friendly, modular and extensible. It interoperates smoothly with code that builds on these, such as the standard Keras layers and scikit-learn.

    End-to-End Negotiator

    End-to-End Negotiator

Deal or No Deal? End-to-End Learning for Negotiation Dialogues

...The framework provides code for both supervised learning (training from human dialogue data) and reinforcement learning (via self-play and rollout-based planning). It introduces a hierarchical latent model, where high-level intents are first clustered and then translated into coherent language, improving dialogue diversity and goal consistency. The repository also includes the Negotiate dataset, comprising over 5,800 dialogues across 2,200 unique scenarios.

    Graph Nets library

    Graph Nets library

    Build Graph Nets in Tensorflow

Graph Nets, developed by Google DeepMind, is a Python library designed for constructing and training graph neural networks (GNNs) using TensorFlow and Sonnet. It provides a high-level, flexible framework for building neural architectures that operate directly on graph-structured data. A graph network takes graphs as inputs, consisting of edges, nodes, and global attributes, and produces updated graphs with modified feature representations at each level. This library implements the foundational ideas from DeepMind’s paper “Relational Inductive Biases, Deep Learning, and Graph Networks”, offering tools to explore relational reasoning and message-passing neural networks. ...

Exploring and understanding Python through surprising snippets

Python, being a beautifully designed high-level and interpreter-based programming language, provides us with many features for the programmer's comfort. But sometimes, the outcomes of a Python snippet may not seem obvious at first sight. Here's a fun project attempting to explain what exactly is happening under the hood for some counter-intuitive snippets and lesser-known features in Python.

    Miasm

    Miasm

    Reverse engineering framework in Python

The Miasm intermediate representation is used for multiple task: emulation through its jitter engine, symbolic execution, DSE, program analysis, but the intermediate representation can be a bit hard to read. We will present in this article new tricks Miasm has learned in 2018. Among them, the SSA/Out-of-SSA transformation, expression propagation and high-level operators can be joined to “lift” Miasm IR to a more human-readable language. We use graphviz to illustrate some graphs. Its layout does not always totally conform with a reverse engineering “ideal view”, so please be tolerant of those odd graphs. Miasm is not the first tool to implement this feature. But, well, as the tool already had everything needed to implement DSE, it was just a matter of time before these features landed in the main branch.

    Machine Learning From Scratch

    Machine Learning From Scratch

Bare bones NumPy implementations of machine learning models

ML-From-Scratch is an open-source machine learning project that demonstrates how to implement common machine learning algorithms using only basic Python and NumPy rather than relying on high-level frameworks. The goal of the project is to help learners understand how machine learning algorithms work internally by building them step by step from fundamental mathematical operations. The repository includes implementations of algorithms ranging from simple models such as linear regression and logistic regression to more complex techniques such as decision trees, support vector machines, clustering methods, and neural networks. ...

    Wally

    Distributed Stream Processing

...Wally makes it easy to react to data in real-time. By eliminating infrastructure complexity, going from prototype to production has never been simpler. When we set out to build Wally, we had several high-level goals in mind. Create a dependable and resilient distributed computing framework. Take care of the complexities of distributed computing "plumbing," allowing developers to focus on their business logic. Provide high-performance & low-latency data processing. Be portable and deploy easily (i.e., run on-prem or any cloud). Manage in-memory state for the application. ...

    Python ADB

    Python ADB + Fastboot implementation

python-adb provides a pure-Python implementation of the Android Debug Bridge protocol so you can script Android devices without depending on the platform adb binary. It exposes high-level helpers for device discovery, shell commands, file push/pull, port forwarding, and log collection, making it easy to build automation around phones and emulators. Under the hood it speaks the ADB protocol directly and can connect via USB or over TCP, which is useful for lab setups and headless servers. Because it’s Python, you can compose device actions with your favorite testing, scraping, or data-collection libraries in one process. ...
