    Construct2D is a grid generator designed to create 2D grids for CFD computations on airfoils. The grids are generated in Plot3D format. The only required input file is the set of coordinates defining the airfoil geometry, using the same format as XFoil, the popular vortex-panel code for airfoil analysis. Construct2D can create grids with O topology (recommended for airfoils with a blunt trailing edge) or C topology (recommended for airfoils with a sharp trailing edge).     This toolbox contains a set of Python procedures in order to compute examples associated with the computation of Realizable Sign Conditions (RiSC) due to the approach by Basu, Pollack and Roy. The RiSC approach is a way to solve and analyze systems of polynomial equations and inequalities over the real numbers in the field of real-algebraic geometry. The involved computations often consist of highly sophisticated notions, not easy to illustrate by hand. VisualRiSC provides implementations of such notions and functions using the Python package SymPy, on the one hand, and an interface to Gnuplot in order for a visualization of examples using the Python package Gnuplot.py.

    This is an automatic spike detection program which takes account of probe geometry and produces a .mask file to be used with the new masked version of KlustaKwik. We recommend you use Python 2.6 or 2.7, e.g. a free academic version can be obtained from Entthought Python.
