RedMQ is a Redis-based messaging system that is specifically designed to support flexible messaging schemes, exposing an API that allows messages to be filtered by a number of message attributes. nagios-statd patch for use with python >= 2.6
The nagios-statd daemon allows a Nagios server to monitor and alert about various resources on remote Linux machines. If using python >= 2.6 on the remote server, nagios-statd stops accepting connections after 39 consecutive requests in a short period of time. This patch can be applied to any nagios-statd 3.12 version released by April King on 11/17/2005. It's been tested to work with python 2.3 - 2.7. -

A minimum of Python 3.3 is required to run this program due to its use of the new python socket method "detach()" and bugfixes to the detach() method that were implemented as of Python version 3.3. Note: The project is currently in a semi-barebones, alpha-ish state. A number of planned features are not yet implemented, while others are in the process of being implemented and may not yet be complete.
