    ursina

    ursina

A game engine powered by python and panda3d

ursina is an easy-to-use, open source game engine and framework for Python that is built on top of Panda3D, aiming to make game development approachable while still being powerful enough for real projects. It lets you create both 2D and 3D games, applications, and visualizations by writing concise Python scripts instead of dealing with a lot of low-level boilerplate. The engine is centered around an Entity-based architecture, where everything in the scene is an object you can easily configure and manipulate from code. Ursina focuses heavily on iteration speed, offering in-game reloading of code, textures, and models so you can tweak and test changes quickly. It includes many batteries-included features such as a mesh API for procedural geometry, built-in animation and tweening, pre-made controllers like FirstPersonController and EditorCamera, and a library of shaders and 3D primitives.

    Android Use

    Android Use

Automate native Android apps with AI using accessibility APIs

android-action-kernel is an open source Python library designed to let AI agents control and automate native Android applications running on real devices or emulators. It fills a gap in automation tooling by focusing on mobile-first workflows where traditional browser or desktop-based automation doesn’t work; such as logistics, gig work, field operations, and other industries reliant on phones or tablets. The project works by using Android’s accessibility API to extract structured UI state (as XML) from the device, which is then fed to a large language model (LLM) like OpenAI’s models for decision-making, and actions are executed via the Android Debug Bridge (ADB). This approach bypasses expensive vision-based models and provides faster, cheaper automation with fine-grained interaction capabilities (for example, tapping buttons, typing text, navigating screens).

    Diplomacy Cicero

    Diplomacy Cicero

Code for Cicero, an AI agent that plays the game of Diplomacy

The project is the codebase for an AI agent named Cicero developed by Facebook Research. It is designed to play the board game Diplomacy by combining open-domain natural language negotiation with strategic planning. The repository includes training code, model checkpoints, and infrastructure for both language modelling (via the ParlAI framework) and reinforcement learning for strategy agents. It supports two variants: Cicero (which handles full “press” negotiation) and Diplodocus (a variant focused on no-press diplomacy) as described in the README. The codebase is implemented primarily in Python with performance-critical components in C++ (via pybind11 bindings) and is configured to run in a high‐GPU cluster environment. Configuration is managed via protobuf files to define tasks such as self-play, benchmark agent comparisons, and RL training. The project is now archived and read-only, reflecting that it is no longer actively developed but remains publicly available for research use.

    GLM-4

    GLM-4

GLM-4 series: Open Multilingual Multimodal Chat LMs

GLM-4 is a family of open models from ZhipuAI that spans base, chat, and reasoning variants at both 32B and 9B scales, with long-context support and practical local-deployment options. The GLM-4-32B-0414 models are trained on ~15T high-quality data (including substantial synthetic reasoning data), then post-trained with preference alignment, rejection sampling, and reinforcement learning to improve instruction following, coding, function calling, and agent-style behaviors. The GLM-Z1-32B-0414 line adds deeper mathematical, coding, and logical reasoning via extended reinforcement learning and pairwise ranking feedback, while GLM-Z1-Rumination-32B-0414 introduces a “rumination” mode that performs longer, tool-using deep research for complex, open-ended tasks. A lightweight GLM-Z1-9B-0414 brings many of these techniques to a smaller model, targeting strong reasoning under tight resource budgets.

    IndexTTS2

    IndexTTS2

    Industrial-level controllable zero-shot text-to-speech system

IndexTTS is a modern, zero-shot text-to-speech (TTS) system engineered to deliver high-quality, natural-sounding speech synthesis with few requirements and strong voice-cloning capabilities. It builds on state-of-the-art models such as XTTS and other modern neural TTS backbones, improving them with a conformer-based speech conditional encoder and upgrading the decoder to a high-quality vocoder (BigVGAN2), leading to clearer and more natural audio output. The system supports zero-shot voice cloning — meaning it can mimic a target speaker’s voice from a short reference sample — making it versatile for multi-voice uses. Compared to many open-source TTS tools, IndexTTS emphasizes efficiency and controllability: it offers faster inference, simpler training pipelines, and controllable speech parameters (like duration, pitch, and prosody), which is critical for production use.

    Text2Video

    Text2Video

Software tool that converts text to video for more engaging experience

Text2Video is a software tool that converts text to video for more engaging learning experience. I started this project because during this semester, I have been given many reading assignments and I felt frustration in reading long text. For me, it was very time and energy-consuming to learn something through reading. So I imagined, "What if there was a tool that turns text into something more engaging such as a video, wouldn't it improve my learning experience?" I created a prototype web application that takes text as an input and generates a video as an output. I plan to further work on the project targeting young college students who are aged between 18 to 23 because they tend to prefer learning through videos over books based on the survey I found. The technologies I used for the project are HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.js, CCapture.js, ffmpegserver.js, Amazon Polly, Python, Flask, gevent, spaCy, and Pixabay API.
